Shapers Surf specializes in high-quality surfboard shaping materials including:

• 2 + 1 Set Ups and various sized pads (4″ – 8″)

• Bi Axial cloth and Carbon Fibre Cloth
• Blank and Material Kits
• Board Bags and Box Fins
• Catalyst Dispensers and Daylite Covers
• Dual Tab Fin Plugs and accessories

We make every effort to display product colors and features as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your screen’s display will perfectly match the physical product.

2.2 Custom Products

Custom-cut materials from our “Blank and Material Kits”, “Blanks”, and custom-sized cloth/products are:

• Made to your specifications
• Non-returnable unless defective
• Subject to additional production time

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

3.3 Pricing

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over AUD $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once we dispatch your order:

• You’ll receive tracking information
• You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Any customs/duties fees are the customer’s responsibility

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
• Return is initiated within 15 days

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom-cut materials
• Opened abrasives
• Used catalyst dispensers

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Package items securely in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
