What types of surfboard materials do you offer?
We stock everything you need for shaping high-performance surfboards, including:

Are your materials suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! While many of our professional shapers rely on our premium materials, we also cater to beginners with starter kits and materials that are easier to work with. Our Blank and Material Kits are particularly popular for those new to shaping.
Do you offer custom material solutions?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries! However, some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have restrictions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
  • Standard Express Shipping (A$12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
  • Free Economy Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch (basic tracking included).
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships from our workshop in Coledale, NSW.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees aren’t included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.

Payments & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all payment information. You can shop with confidence knowing your data is secure.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders more easily and speeds up future purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
